Upgrades
It is important for any business to maintain their software and ensure they are running the latest version. For optimal support, upgrades provide security and offer new & improved features.
A Servat consultant can advise which version you are running and if you need to upgrade. Please note - we won’t just push a button – we’ll take the time to tell you what is in the new version and what features may benefit you.
Versions
Datafile Software has 3 levels all fully compatible. Users start at the level required for their business at the time, and can upgrade paying only the difference in price between versions.
When upgrading to a higher version ALL data and configurations are automatically applied to the new version. Just new features and facilities are added. Servat is expert at conducting these upgrades with often zero business interruption.
